Job summary

The Communicable Diseases Agency (CDA) seeks a Senior Manager / Manager (Procurement) to support the Assistant Director in managing the procurement function in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate across divisions to ensure transparent, fair, and value-for-money procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Background related to procurement or supply chain management.
• Knowledge in government procurement will be an advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Execute CDA’s procurement and contract management frameworks, processes, approving authorities and templates that dovetail with MOF frameworks.
• Work with CDA Divisions to understand their requirements, review specifications and formulate procurement approaches.
• Conduct market research and engage industries to understand supplier landscape and market supply conditions.
• Conduct procurement processes of sourcing, tendering, evaluation and contract management in compliance with government policies and guidelines.
• Guide CDA Divisions in the contract management process.
• Innovate and add value to the procurement process.
