Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a seasoned procurement leader to oversee end-to-end sourcing for Marketing, Media & Creative and Production categories. You will develop category strategies, run complex RFIs/RFPs, and drive negotiations to secure value and reduce risk.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in strategic sourcing, with proven capability in contract management, KPI/SLA development, and supplier governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing and procurement.
• Significant category experience in Marketing, Media, Creative Services, Advertising, Events or Agency Management.
• Proven success in leading large-scale RFPs and strategic sourcing programs.
• Strong track record in commercial negotiations, contract management and supplier governance.
• Experience in developing KPIs, SLAs and supplier performance frameworks.
• Ability to balance business objectives, supplier relationships and procurement governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement life cycle across Marketing, Media & Creative and Production categories.
• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with objectives and market opportunities.
• Drive end-to-end strategic sourcing from initiation through contract awarding.
• Manage RFIs, RFQs and RFPs with evaluation criteria and supplier assessments.
• Lead negotiations to secure value, outcomes and risk protection.
• Create SOWs, SLAs and supplier scorecards.
• Establish best practices in supplier governance to drive long-term value.
• Engage internal stakeholders as a strategic advisor on sourcing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with procurement governance and contracting standards.
