Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in OSATs/assembly/test/BE manufacturing with regional exposure preferred.
• Experience with contract management and contract process ownership.
• Strong project, stakeholder, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive initiatives across locations.
