Job summary

AIA Investment Management in Singapore is seeking a Portfolio Manager for Private Credit to manage portfolios and investments. You will report to the Head of Private Credit and lead end-to-end due diligence, fund selections, and portfolio construction to deliver strong risk-adjusted returns.

The role requires deep experience in private credit, fund-of-funds, and related investments, with advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of professional investment experience, with Private Credit or related funds.
• University degree in finance, economics, business, or related fields; CFA/CAIA preferred.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with fund-of-funds, direct investments, or fund investments is preferred.
• Strong communication, accuracy under pressure, and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing fund, co- and secondary investments through relationships with top Private Credit managers.
• Formulate and implement investment strategies and actively manage portfolios.
• Lead end-to-end due diligence for new investments, including market research and negotiations.
• Monitor existing investments via performance reviews and regular fund manager contact.
• Oversee fund-of-fund portfolios, capital calls, distributions, and exits.
• Prepare commentary and reports, respond to stakeholder requests.
• Enhance processes by adopting new investment-management technologies.
• Provide direction and mentorship to Analysts.
