Job summary

PU Prime seeks a highly strategic, execution-driven Head of Strategic PMO to partner with the CEO and leadership team in turning strategic initiatives into measurable business outcomes.

This role goes beyond reporting; you will create structure, resolve bottlenecks, manage cross-functional dependencies and drive stakeholders toward successful delivery across Compliance, Legal, Product, IT, Payments, Marketing, Sales, Finance and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of professional experience.
• At least 4+ years in PMO, strategic projects or transformation.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with CEOs, C-level execs and senior management.
• Strong track record delivering multi-department programs.
• Solid governance, risk management and execution methodologies.
• Commercial awareness connecting initiatives to business outcomes.
• Excellent executive communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to challenge senior stakeholders constructively.
• Data-driven, structured, proactive in fast-moving environments.
• Fluent English and Mandarin communications with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the portfolio of CEO-sponsored and high-priority strategic projects.
• Translate business priorities into clear project plans, milestones and outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional projects across Compliance, Legal, Product, IT, Payments, Marketing, Sales and Finance.
• Ensure clear ownership, accountability and delivery of actions.
• Challenge unrealistic deadlines and incomplete plans to improve execution.
• Provide centralized executive reporting on status, risks and decisions.
• Continuously improve project governance framework and practices.
• Track ROI, regulatory readiness, growth and efficiency across initiatives.
