Job summary

MDDI's Planning team, within the Strategic Planning Division, drives strategic alignment across the Ministry family by translating strategies into concrete plans and guiding resourcing for key initiatives.

You will identify opportunities and risks in the Digital and Information domains, set priorities and goals, ensure coherence across the organisation through engagement platforms, and strengthen governance.

Qualifications

• Background in related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in strategic planning or policy formulation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to translate knowledge into strategy and performance implications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and risks in the Digital and Information domains.
• Set strategic priorities and goals for MDDI family.
• Ensure coherence in the formulation and operationalisation of strategies across the organisation through internal and external engagement platforms.
• Align the resource allocation in MDDI family with MDDI's strategic priorities; and
• Strengthen governance to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives.
