Responsibilities

• Assist in setting and managing country-level KPIs and performance tracking.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational data across APAC countries.
• Identify and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) based on operational data.
• Prepare strategic reports and presentation materials for meetings with GMs and BD leaders.
• Support regional performance review and planning processes.
• Participate in or lead cross-functional projects related to operational enhancement.

Working hours: 8.45am to 5.45pm
Working days: 5 Days
Work Location: Singapore
Salary: $6,000- $8,000
Annual Salary Range: SGD $72,000 to $96,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting and managing country-level KPIs and performance tracking

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational data across APAC countries

• Identify and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights based on operational data

• Prepare strategic reports and presentation materials for meetings with Country General Managers (GMs) and Business Development (BD) leaders

• Support regional performance review, planning processes, and business system improvements

• Participate in or lead cross-functional projects related to operational enhancement and regional alignment

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; candidates with advanced degrees or international exposure are a plus

• At least minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or corporate planning
