Job description

MAIN PURPOSE

This position involves developing guidelines on pricing and B2B2C sales in collaboration with the brand satellite team to establish a healthy & sustainable foundation. This strategic initiative aims to align with the Group’s/Region's strategic direction and adapt to the latest market and competitor situations through continuous monitoring. The goal is to achieve a competitive advantage via synergized activities, enhancing brand equity and improving cost structures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track effective pricing (SRP/consumer price) across channels and markets.
  • Monitor B2B2C market assessments with regular reviews and management advice.
  • Review and align B2B2C pricing terms across regions and with satellite BH teams.
  • Establish monitoring and reporting processes.
  • Create guidelines on pricing and B2B2C sales and seek management alignment.
  • Set KPIs or ROI benchmarks for B2C business with ongoing monitoring.
  • Develop SKU, SRP, and promotional pricing strategies and ensure harmonization.
  • Provide insights to address unhealthy business practices and identify potential opportunities.
  • Build external networks to gather the latest market intelligence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong understanding of trade business structures across markets.
  • Experience in pricing/mechanism design and B2B2C ecosystems, with the ability to create financial analysis reports.
  • Well-established internal networks (external networks are a plus) for gathering information and insights.
  • Strong understanding of internal stakeholder dynamics and external business environments.
  • Extensive experience working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent in both oral and written English & Chinese, as communication with stakeholders in China is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem analysis skills, attention to detail, organizational ability, and hands-on approach are essential.
