Job summary

Singtel is seeking a Business Planning Manager for Enterprise Mobile to lead forecasting, budgeting and performance management. You will connect operational drivers with financial outcomes, collaborating with Business, Product, Sales and Finance to provide data-driven insights and AI-enabled forecasting enhancements.

responsibilities include monthly rolling forecasts, a 3-year outlook, month-end processes, variances, executive reporting and performance governance across Enterprise Mobile.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Statistics, Data Science or Business Analytics.
• 5–10 years of experience in business planning, financial analysis, forecasting or PMO.
• Understanding of enterprise business models, drivers and financial performance.
• Experience linking activities to financial outcomes via forecasting and reporting.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools: Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, Studio Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Interest in AI-enabled tools to enhance forecasting and monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Proven stakeholder management, influencing and project management abilities.
• Able to work independently and coordinate across functions.
• Highly organized with multi-priority management under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Mobile forecasting and a 3-year financial outlook.
• Manage month-end close and align reports with forecasts.
• Perform variance analyses and identify risks/opportunities.
