Singtel is seeking a Business Planning Manager for Enterprise Mobile to lead forecasting, budgeting and performance management. You will connect operational drivers with financial outcomes, collaborating with Business, Product, Sales and Finance to provide data-driven insights and AI-enabled forecasting enhancements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Statistics, Data Science or Business Analytics.
• 5–10 years of experience in business planning, financial analysis, forecasting or PMO.
• Understanding of enterprise business models, drivers and financial performance.
• Experience linking activities to financial outcomes via forecasting and reporting.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools: Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, Studio Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Interest in AI-enabled tools to enhance forecasting and monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Proven stakeholder management, influencing and project management abilities.
• Able to work independently and coordinate across functions.

As the Business Planning Manager (Enterprise Mobile), you will lead business planning, forecasting and performance management for Singtel's Enterprise Mobile business.

You will serve as the key point of contact for Enterprise Mobile planning and performance, ensuring alignment between operational drivers, financial outcomes and management reporting. Working closely with Business, Product, Sales and Finance stakeholders, you will provide data-driven insights to support senior management decisions while exploring analytics and AI-enabled tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and business performance.

How You Will Make An Impact

Enterprise Mobile Planning & Forecasting

• Lead the development and consolidation of monthly rolling forecasts and a 3-year financial outlook for Enterprise Mobile.


• Ensure alignment between operational drivers, financial outcomes and management reporting.


• Partner with Business, Product, Sales and Finance stakeholders to validate forecasting assumptions and inputs across products and segments.


• Develop and enhance analytics-driven forecasting models using historical trends, leading indicators and scenario analysis to improve forecast accuracy.

Month-End Close & Financial Governance

• Coordinate Enterprise Mobile inputs into month-end and quarter-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency between actuals, forecasts and management reporting.


• Partner with Finance and FP&A teams to analyse variances, support judgement items and address post-close adjustments.


• Apply data analytics to strengthen validation, identify unusual movements and improve reporting accuracy and transparency.

Performance Management & Sales Governance

• Perform variance analysis, trend reviews and risk assessments against business targets and forecasts.


• Identify performance gaps, risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions.


• Support enterprise sales performance management through sales funnel tracking, pipeline visibility and performance analysis.


• Partner with Business and Finance teams on sales target setting and validation.


• Oversee earned revenue, EBITDA submissions and sales achievement tracking, ensuring accuracy and consistency across Business, Finance, HR and Commissions.

Executive Reporting & Business Insights

• Prepare executive-ready presentations and management reports for Trading Meetings, Business Performance Reviews (BPRs) and MC updates.


• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear business insights and recommendations for senior management.


• Deliver quarterly competitor and business performance insights.


• Coordinate data extraction and analysis for business cases and ad-hoc management requests.

Skills For Success

• Degree in Finance, Statistics, Data Science or Business Analytics, with demonstrated quantitative or analytical training


• 5-10 years of relevant experience in business planning, financial analysis, forecasting or performance management.


• Strong understanding of enterprise business models, operational drivers and financial performance.


• Experience linking operational activities to financial outcomes through forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and management reporting.


• Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools such as Excel, Power BI, Salesforce or Studio Analytics.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable business recommendations.


• Interest in exploring emerging analytical and AI-enabled tools to improve business monitoring, forecasting and insights.


• Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to stakeholders from different backgrounds.


• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and project management capabilities.


• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple business functions.


• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
