Responsibilities

• Lead planning delivery across assigned projects, aligning schedules with business objectives.
• Develop and review tender and master programs for bids and projects.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on planning and constraint management.
• Establish planning governance with quality assurance and change control.
• Optimize resource allocation and mitigate long-lead risks.
• Review and approve program substantiation for extensions of time.
• Chair internal reviews on time-related claims.
• Provide senior-level reporting through dashboards and assessments.
• Lead and mentor the planning team for accurate outputs.
• Represent the organization in planning discussions with clients.

Education

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
