Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead in conceptualising the overall strategy and framework for healthcare-related projects.
2. Plan and operationalise healthcare-related projects to achieve health-social integration with internal and community stakeholders.
3. Develop and track progress of workplans and workstreams on healthcare-related projects.
4. Develop and operationalise plan to empower community to take care of their health.
5. Create community culture to drive behavior towards leading a healthy lifestyle and emphasis on preventive care with community stakeholders.
6. Build partnership with internal and community stakeholders e.g. grassroots organisations, social service agencies and healthcare providers.
7. Develop and implement initiatives for integrated care and population health improvement.
8. Lead and support the team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in healthcare or business related fields.
2. At least 10 years of relevant experience in healthcare, corporate/strategic planning and partnership development, including minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
3. Proven strategic thinking and planning ability.
4. Excellent writing skills.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
