Job summary

HTX, Home Team Science and Technology Agency, seeks a Head of Strategic Planning and Coordination to steer the xCode function. Responsibilities

• Drive the function’s strategic direction and align with organisational objectives.
• Lead long-term planning, optimise resources, and develop capabilities for sustained success.
• Build relationships with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
• Align expectations and secure buy-in for key initiatives across the organisation.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to shape roadmaps and future capabilities.
