Qualifikationen

• Degree in Accounting / Business / Finance.
• Min 3 years of experience in Investment Bank / Big Four / Regional Businesses / FP&A / Fintechs / Digibanks / Tech.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and finance matters.
• Knowledge of business valuation and financial modelling would be a plus.
• Understanding of banking and telco regulatory environment and policies.
• Strong project management skills, organisation, attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide strategic direction and advice.
• Growth mindset and team-oriented attitude.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with the digibank senior management and finance team.
• Review proposals, forecasts, budgets and develop KPIs.
• Monitor and analyse the digibank business performance and trends.
• Prepare financial reporting and management analyses.
• Build relationships with key decision makers, partners and regulators.
• Support SG board briefings and operational requirements.
• Design and review financial models; conduct due diligence for transactions.
• Develop business strategy with digibank management.
• Drive value creation initiatives and partnerships; expand to new markets.
