Job summary

The Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) seeks an Partnerships Outreach Manager to drive the growth of its ecosystem, including MyCareersFuture and CareersCompass, through strategic collaborations with public and private partners.

You will lead end-to-end partnership development, manage multi-stakeholder engagements, and deliver joint programs, webinars, and content initiatives that boost engagement and lead generation in Singapore's career ecosystem.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or platform growth.
• Proven track record of onboarding external partners and managing cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to structure and manage ecosystem or multi-party partnerships.
• Experience with public-private collaborations, and/ or working alongside government platforms is a plus.
• Good understanding of workforce needs and how external partners can address content, service delivery, or other gaps.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, relationship building and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end partner engagement, from pipeline development and value proposition pitching to contract negotiation, onboarding, and relationship management.
• Demonstrate agility in execution, reviewing partnership strategy based on platform performance, audience behaviour, and partner feedback.
• Act as the key liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution and alignment.
• Develop joint engagement plans with partners, including co-marketing, content collaborations, webinars, and virtual events.
• Oversee daily partnership operations, focusing on service reliability and KPI achievement.
