The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a leading company in the gaming industry to find a Strategic Partnerships & Data Insights Analyst.
• We are looking for individuals with expertise in data analysis and experience in the gaming industry/Tech MNCs.
• This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to build strategic partnerships.

The Talent

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred
• 8+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar technical operations role.
• Strong proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Business Intelligence, dashboards).
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to generate actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clarify and summarize complex data.
• Solid understanding of the gaming industry and internet trends.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Job Description

This role will support the regional strategic growth and partnership initiatives within the gaming industry:

• Partner with internal teams to develop regional strategies and provide data insights.
• Manage and consult existing gaming developers to help them optimize their success on the platform.
• Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics to drive partnership goals.
• Build, maintain, and optimize performance tracking dashboards.
• Provide trending analysis and data insights to management for decision-making.
• Assist in business development efforts by creating insights, strategic plans, and meeting with game developers to encourage product adoption.
• Support daily operational tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for partner needs.
