Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Lead

The Role

As a Strategic Partnerships Lead , you'll shape how our brand is perceived — both inside the company and out in the world. From crafting executive messaging to supporting product launches and managing media relationships, you’ll play a key role in building trust, excitement, and alignment across all touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies that align with business goals and brand identity
  • Write and edit a range of content, including press releases, executive speeches, newsletters, social media posts, and internal announcements
  • Partner with leadership, HR, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and tone
  • Serve as a point of contact for media inquiries and press opportunities
  • Coordinate with agencies for PR campaigns or special projects
  • Monitor media coverage and measure communication effectiveness
  • Manage crisis communications and maintain brand reputation in times of uncertainty
  • Help foster a culture of transparency and engagement within the company
  • Point of contact and support for all AI (Artificial Intelligence) and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) related matters

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or internal comms (experience in manufacturing or consumer products a plus)
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments — you're great at dealing with ambiguity
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments
  • Familiarity with media monitoring tools, content management systems, and digital comms platforms

Bonus Points

  • Experience supporting executive communications or thought leadership
  • A passion for sustainability, energy efficiency, or home innovation
  • An eye for design or visual storytelling
