Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking a senior risk management professional to own and oversee the Organizational and Operational Risk Management processes in Singapore. You will develop and maintain risk tools, report to senior management, and coordinate risk committees with business units to identify and mitigate key risks.

The role requires solid experience in risk management, strong communication with stakeholders, and the ability to drive process improvements within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 4 years of organizational/operational risk experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data-driven risk reporting.
• Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders and escalate issues to management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Organizational Risk Management and Operational Risk Management.
• Develop, review, and maintain risk management tools.
• Report risk findings to senior management and escalate where needed.
• Coordinate Risk Committee and risk cartography processes with business units.
• Ensure MAS outsourcing compliance and third-party risk management.
• Support HO in risk administration and project deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff and liaise with Head Office and MUFG.
