Job summary

CITYCLEAN & LANDSCAPE PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an Operations Manpower Planner to lead daily manpower planning and deployment for project sites. You will collaborate with HR, Operations and site teams to forecast resources and ensure operational needs are met at all times.

The role requires strong coordination, communication and organizational skills, with a focus on safety, permits and efficiency in deployment across landscape projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in operations, manpower coordination, construction or landscape operations is advantageous.
• Good coordination, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manpower planning to meet operational needs in a cost-effective manner and fulfill contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast manpower and resources.
• Manage employee attendance and adjust manpower deployment as required.
• Work with HR and Operations to improve deployment efficiency and streamline processes.
• Assist HR with MOM-related workforce matters and deliverables.
• Implement and maintain information systems to support planning and deployment.
• Conduct site visits and monitor deployment during project periods.
• Coordinate manpower security clearances and Permit-to-Work requirements.
• Coordinate and conduct risk assessments for landscape activities and implement risk controls.
• Conduct routine site safety checks and follow up on observations and corrective actions.
• Manage company vehicle maintenance requirements.
• Manage PPE issuance, distribution and consumables.
• Review with HR and Operations to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Coordinate with government authorities on renewals or applications for permits and licenses.
