Job summary

StarHub Ltd in Singapore seeks a seasoned leader to own the enterprise middleware and integration platforms, including Workato and UiPath, ensuring secure, scalable and reusable patterns across BTS and broader StarHub tech.

You will govern APIs, orchestration and automation, drive platform roadmaps, and partner with architecture, cybersecurity and service management teams to deliver measurable value and reduce duplication.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in enterprise integration, middleware, automation or technology transformation.
• Proven experience managing enterprise integration or automation platforms in a complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, workflow orchestration and RPA.
• Experience with platforms such as Workato, UiPath, MuleSoft, Boomi or equivalent technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise middleware & platform portfolio across BTS and StarHub technology ecosystem.
• Establish ownership, governance and operating standards for middleware, integration, orchestration & automation.
• Ensure integrations are visible, governed and managed under a common enterprise framework.
• Drive adoption of reusable integration patterns to reduce duplication and manual effort.
• Define platform roadmaps, investment priorities and lifecycle strategies.
• Partner with architecture, data, cybersecurity and service management teams to enable secure integration.
• Optimise platform utilisation, licensing and total cost of ownership.
