  • Working days: Monday - Friday

  • Working hours: 9.00 am - 5.45pm

  • Travel Expectations: 20-40% including international travelling

Job Responsibilities:

1. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth market trend analysis including macroeconomic and competitive assessments.

  • Identify emerging and untapped growth opportunities through market segmentation and opportunity prioritization.

  • Deliver strategic business recommendations, including market targeting and positioning strategies.

2. Strategic Project Leadership

  • Lead key initiatives such as new market entry, new product launches, and innovative business model development.

  • Drive cross-functional project teams through the stage-gate innovation management process to ensure successful commercialization.

3. Organizational Competency Leadership

  • Train and coach cross-functional teams on strategic marketing frameworks and methodologies, including:

    • Market sizing & segmentation

    • Financial modeling (NPV, IRR, break-even analysis)

    • Value chain and VOC analysis

    • Value proposition development and pricing strategies

    • Marketing mix strategy (4Ps)

  • Design and implement strategic marketing tools tailored to organizational needs.

  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in a strategic marketing or strategy role (with B2B material science company experience will be a plus).

  • Travel Expectations: 20-40% including international travelling
