Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. is seeking a Marketing Lead to shape growth for the Vaccines and Pharma portfolio across Singapore and Brunei.

You will translate insights into portfolio choices, drive launches, and lead a team of Product Managers, coordinating with Sales, Medical Affairs, Access, Policy and Regulatory to deliver patient-focused outcomes. The role requires strategic thinking, robust stakeholder management, and a track record of lifecycle leadership in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Substantial marketing and commercial experience in pharmaceuticals, vaccines, healthcare or another regulated sector.
• Demonstrated leadership of complex portfolios, launches or cross-functional programmes.
• People-management experience, including coaching, development and performance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated portfolio strategy across Vaccines and Pharma in Singapore and Brunei.
• Translate market insights into explicit portfolio choices and execution plans.
• Mobilise cross-functional partners across Sales, Medical Affairs, Access, Policy, Regulatory, Finance and Compliance.
• Lead end-to-end commercial readiness across launches and indications.
