Job description

Job Description Lead the brands that protect lives and shape the future of healthcare. Transform insight into strategy, launches into impact, and potential into growth. Inspire teams, influence decisions, and drive meaningful change for patients. Role overview: We is seeking a strategic, customer-focused and people-oriented Marketing Lead to shape the next phase of growth for the Vaccines and Pharma portfolio across Singapore and Brunei. The role provides functional leadership across established brands, recent launches and future growth assets, translating patient, customer, market and competitive insights into clear portfolio choices and measurable execution. The Marketing Lead will lead and develop Product Managers, establish clear priorities and decision rights, and mobilise cross-functional partners across Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Policy and Communications, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, Data and Analytics, and Legal and Compliance.

Portfolio and commercial strategy

Lead integrated portfolio strategy across Vaccines and Pharma, balancing near-term performance with launch and pipeline priorities. Translate market dynamics, patient journeys, customer needs, competition and access developments into explicit choices. Partner with the BUD in business planning, forecasting and portfolio reviews.

Launch excellence and lifecycle leadership

Lead end-to-end commercial readiness across multiple launches and indications. Establish launch plans with milestones, decision points, readiness measures, owners and risk mitigation. Align Medical, Access, Policy, Regulatory, Supply, Finance, Sales and Commercial Operations early. Identify readiness gaps, resolve dependencies and escalate material risks with recommendations.

Customer, patient and market insight

Build a deep understanding of Singapore and Brunei healthcare environments, channels, customer needs and patient pathways. Ensure insight is systematically captured, tested and converted into decisions. Identify unmet needs, barriers and growth opportunities with Data and Analytics, Sales, Medical, Access and Policy.

Integrated execution and performance

Set direction for brand plans and customer engagement within applicable policies and local requirements. Create a disciplined performance cadence across brands and launches. Define leading and lagging indicators, diagnose gaps and adapt plans. Strengthen the connection between strategy and field execution.

People leadership and capability building

Lead, coach and develop Product Managers through clear objectives, regular feedback and differentiated development. Build a culture of ownership, curiosity, inclusion, constructive challenge and execution discipline. Develop succession plans, address performance gaps fairly and create cross-portfolio development experiences.

Enterprise leadership and stewardship

Mobilise cross-functional teams around common outcomes and resolve competing priorities through fact-based dialogue. Communicate complex issues simply and credibly to senior local, regional and global stakeholders. Lead marketing-budget planning and resource allocation with financial discipline. Embed ethics, integrity and compliance from programme design onward.

What should you bring

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, pharmacy, medicine or a related discipline. Substantial marketing and commercial experience in pharmaceuticals, vaccines, healthcare or another relevant regulated sector. Demonstrated leadership of complex portfolios, launches or cross-functional programmes. People-management experience, including coaching, development and performance leadership.
