Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Hindi.
• Leadership, planning, and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products, services, and brand.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising activities.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Develop promotional plans to attract new customers and retain existing customers.
• Manage the company's social media platforms, online advertising, and digital marketing activities.
• Prepare marketing content, advertisements, brochures, promotional materials, and other publicity materials.
• Coordinate with designers, advertising agencies, suppliers, and external business partners on marketing projects.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports on customer engagement, sales results, and campaign effectiveness.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective use of company resources.
• Identify new marketing channels and promotional opportunities to increase brand awareness and business revenue.
• Organise and coordinate promotional events, special campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement activities.
• Maintain the company's brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
