• Manage logistics activities across transportation, warehousing, inventory handling, storage and distribution.
• Coordinate with 3PLs to ensure reliable service.
• Monitor on-time delivery, service quality, and cost performance.
• Provide logistics expertise to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Support growth by aligning capacity with business needs.
