Job summary

Global Lingo Ltd. in APAC seeks a highly skilled Project Manager to lead localization projects for global clients. You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure client satisfaction with clear communication.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a PM role within a language service provider, with strong English messaging and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Language services focus and client-centric approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Project Management environment in a Language Service Provider.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients across marketing, e-commerce, and localization projects.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and clear communication.
• Manage projects end-to-end, coordinating internal teams and external resources to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and high-level clients.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues and risks.
• Support team members in project management and delivery activities.
• Work closely with Resourcing and Quality Assurance on recruitment and onboarding of resources.
• Seek regular client feedback and identify opportunities to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
• Meet profitability targets and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and revenue growth.
• Achieve organizational goals while upholding standards and best practices.
