Job summary

FICO is seeking a seasoned corporate attorney to join its global legal team in Singapore. You will draft, review and negotiate a broad range of agreements (sales, services, software, procurement) and translate complex business needs into clear, enforceable terms while protecting FICO’s interests.

The role requires a JD with active practice, strong analytical skills, and experience in software licensing. You will collaborate with product, sales, and finance teams to enable deals and manage risk

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in any jurisdiction.
• Experience with software licensing is preferred.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements (sales, service, software) for internal and external clients.
• Review defined contract terms, liability provisions, IP indemnity, and license grants.
• Provide contract review coordination across product, services, finance teams.
• Identify risk areas and seek approvals with the business team.
