ASM International in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager for ALD Manufacturing Engineering to lead a high-performance team driving world-class manufacturing execution and operational excellence across ALD products. Qualifications

15+ years of experience in semiconductor/capital equipment industries.
At least 5 years leading and developing engineering, manufacturing, or operations teams.
Proven track record driving operational excellence and improvements in complex manufacturing.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across global organizations.
Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering processes, quality systems, and PLM.
Experience managing ECOs and manufacturing change implementation.
Ability to lead multiple projects with structured project management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary Manufacturing Engineering team.
Define and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with business and customer needs.
Set priorities to support safe, high-quality, and efficient operations in Singapore sites.
Drive continuous improvement to improve quality, yield, productivity, and cycle time.
Champion automation and digital manufacturing initiatives to boost performance.
Lead strategic engineering projects and align with Global Operations goals.
Ensure Manufacturing Readiness Reviews and PLM processes for new products.
Drive change-management and organizational capability through training and coaching.
Monitor key manufacturing KPIs and ensure customer satisfaction.
