Job summary

Health Promotion Board (HPB) is seeking a dynamic communications leader to drive strategic communications and engagement for healthy ageing and physical activity initiatives in Singapore. You will oversee integrated strategies across media, digital, and on-ground channels to drive participation and behavioural change.

The role requires at least 5 years in strategic communications, campaign management, or related roles, with strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience developing communication strategies for complex programmes.
• Ability to translate technical and behavioural inputs into clear, health-literate communications.
• Proven ability to plan, implement and evaluate integrated communications initiatives.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in healthcare, healthy ageing or public education is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic communications and engagement for HPB's healthy ageing and physical activity initiatives.
• Develop and oversee integrated communications across programmes and channels.
