Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a motivated engineering or data analytics student for a full-time internship of at least five months.

You will work on strategic layout planning and AI-enabled process improvement, gaining hands-on experience across Manufacturing, Engineering, and Facilities. You will develop automation, dashboards or data-management solutions using Python, Power Automate, SQL, and potentially Generative AI tools.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with programming, data analysis, or automation tools such as Python, Power Automate, or SQL.
• Familiarity with AI/Generative AI, LLMs, AI Assistants, or AI-enabled workflows is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Undertake a structured project to improve strategic layout planning.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Facilities to assess constraints.
• Develop automation, dashboards, or data management solutions using Python, Power Automate, SQL.
• Explore AI-enabled tools to enhance data analysis and planning workflows.
