The successful candidate will work on enhancing operational efficiency and driving modernization in microbiology laboratories. Strong experience in laboratory automation and healthcare technology along with excellent stakeholder management skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in laboratory automation or healthcare technology.
• Strong knowledge of the Pathology industry and experience in large automation platforms.
• Demonstrated success in engaging C-suite stakeholders and hospital leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional strategies for automation solutions.
• Lead capability-building initiatives across teams for implementation.
• Support engagement with hospital leadership to position automation.
