Job summary

The Industry Relations Manager at NUS Business School’s BIZCareers team will build and sustain relationships with local and international employers to source opportunities for postgraduate students and alumni.

You will lead employer engagement across strategic sectors, organize networking events and career fairs, and collaborate with Career Advisors to match student cohorts with relevant roles while reporting outcomes to drive the BIZCareers strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in industry employer relations, recruitment, career services, or partnerships.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work in a global context.
• Experience with AI/tech tools to connect industry and students is a plus.

Responsibilities
