Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Min. 3 years of experience in HR / business partnering role.
• Familiar with Employment Act – Singapore and Fair Employment Practices.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Workforce Planning: forecast staffing needs for nursing leaders, manage nurse-to-patient ratios and retention strategies.
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: oversee recruitment pipelines for registered nurses, specialty nurses, and nursing aides.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: resolve complex grievances, support performance management, champion wellness programs for shift workers.
• Policy & Compliance: ensure nursing deployment, compensation, and benefits comply with local regulations.
• HR Advisory: advise nurse managers on people management and career development pathways.
• Strategic Partnership: build partnerships across HR COEs, Shared Services, Finance, and Operations.
