Job description

What the day will look like

Reporting to Asia Reinsurance Solutions CEO, this position works on a regional basis leading by influence and combines technical knowledge of the business model and organisation with strong marketing and business development skills.

  • Responsible for driving Reinsurance Solutions strategic growth objectives
  • Work with senior leaders and teams in region to better enable colleagues to build value and engage clients and prospects to achieve our growth ambitions
  • Increase sales intensity and strengthen our growth culture by repositioning sales and amplify its impact
  • Ensure growth plans are comprehensive to realise the potential of all existing products and new ones while providing scope for further innovation
  • Build efficient, pipeline management and sales reporting to inform strategic decision making
  • Create differentiated value propositions for each regional segment and develop new product strategies
  • Share regional insights with the APAC SGLs to help identify global trends and inform Executive Committee (EC) investment decisions

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • At least 10 years relevant experience in Reinsurance, with strong team and winning new client leadership
  • Strong track record of establishing business plans and executing the plan, ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and focused on execution.
  • Well-connected across international markets; strong influencing skills; ability to work collaboratively and in cooperation with various stakeholders.
