Job summary

The Clermont Group (Singapore) PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Financial Controller to join Group Finance.

You will oversee capital management, capex budgeting, and cashflow forecasting across Opcos, ensuring strong governance and compliance. This role requires a hands-on leader who partners with senior management on strategy and planning. Ideal candidates bring CA/CPA credentials, 10–15 years of relevant experience, Big 4 background, and deep knowledge of SFRS/IFRS.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA/CPA with strong accounting fundamentals.
• Experience in multi-entity structures or private equity-backed groups is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead capital management, capex planning, and cashflow forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance business partner to Opcos and Finance Heads.
• Lead group-wide capital management, capex planning, and liquidity management.
• Oversee consolidated financial reporting per SFRS/IFRS and regulatory requirements.
• Manage external audits and develop standardised financial policies.
