Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
• 2-4+ years of client facing management consulting experience.
• Experience delivering project deliverables and leading a delivery team.
• Experience in Financial Services solutions and industry challenges.
• Strong client relationship development and management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Client delivery as part of an on-site or remote project team, defining framework and deliverables.
• Manage work, activities, and timelines for the team and stakeholders.
• Coach teammates in preparing client deliverables using PowerPoint, Excel, Access, MS Project, Visio.
• Present complex ideas to team members and client contacts including executives.
• Perform research and business analysis to address client challenges with data.
• Lead internal team, promote teamwork, and develop consultants.
• Demonstrate credibility with clients and guide new directions.
• Define project framework and organization, manage one or more projects.
• Provide status reporting on progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and health.
• Manage work streams of a complex project and keep project information repository.
• Maintain program sites as a repository for all project information.
