Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in production planning, supply chain or operations in semiconductor/high-tech.
• 5+ years leadership experience managing planning teams in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and scale a high-performing production planning team.
• Own short- and long-term production plans aligned to demand and capacity.
• Drive planning within S&OP/IBP frameworks.
• Standardize and improve planning processes and systems across the organization.
