Job summary

StarHub Ltd is seeking a Financial Analyst to support FP&A and Finance Business Partnering for Customer Operations and other finance initiatives. The role focuses on delivering insightful financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and partnering stakeholders to drive performance improvements.

The analyst will work with business teams to improve financial visibility, support decision-making, and contribute to cost optimisation and transformation efforts across the organisation.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Relevant experience in FP&A and process improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with some ambiguity.
• Good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support budgets, forecasts, long-range plans and monthly management reporting.
• Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Consolidate and analyse data to support performance reviews.
• Prepare management presentations, dashboards and financial insights.
