Job summary

StarHub Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Finance leader to deliver timely analyses and insights to Business Unit managers in Singapore.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to explain financial implications, drive digitalisation, and lead process improvements across the finance function. The role requires CA qualification with 12–15 years’ experience, including 5 years in business partnering and financial modelling, plus strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Visual Basic

Qualifications

CA qualification with 12–15 years’ experience, including 5+ years in business partnering and financial modelling.
Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and IFRS15 guidance and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead a team to deliver technical financial solutions for operational, tactical and strategic decisions.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to Management to improve performance.
Partner with Senior Management to drive business and financial performance and advise on financial implications of activities.
Conduct long-term operational and strategic planning and resource allocation.
Perform monthly forecasts and annual budget exercises.
Review financial assumptions, risks, and opportunities; monitor profitability and cost reductions.
Prepare short and long-term financial forecasts and modelling; monitor ROI and cash flow.
