Job summary

MyRepublic is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional in Singapore to drive planning, budgeting, and performance analysis. You will produce weekly KPIs, perform variance analyses, and partner with reporting teams to ensure accurate financials.

The role covers monthly actuals, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets with scenario modeling support. The ideal candidate has a degree in Accountancy with 5+ years in finance, including 2 years in FP&A; audit background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with 5+ years in finance.
• 2 years in Financial Planning and Analysis; audit background preferred.
• Independent, meticulous, and able to map operational workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking to link processes with business goals.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Workday) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly KPI for performance tracking.
• Provide variance analysis for actuals vs budget and forecast, with key findings.
• Collaborate with Financial reporting to ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Support monthly actuals, quarterly forecast, and yearly budget reporting.
• Model financials and perform scenario analyses for forecasts and budgets.
• Preliminary review of business cases.
• Support finance queries from the business through understanding operations.
• Handle other projects or initiatives as required.
• Open to cross-entity working arrangements.
