Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in financial control or managerial accounting.
• Knowledge of tax compliance and experience across local and overseas jurisdictions is an advantage.
• Structured, organized, and hands‑on.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
• Lead the budgeting process and prepare financial forecasts.
• Maintain strong internal controls and policies.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, debt, and banking relationships.
• Manage audits and handle tax planning and compliance.
• Work closely with traders on financial aspects of commodity deals.
• Improve accounting processes using financial systems/ERP tools.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to align with business objectives.
