Qualifications

• 4–7 years in corporate finance, investment, or related fields.
• Experience in building robust financial models.

Responsibilities

• Drive due diligence and financial modelling for M&A, JVs and tender transactions.
• Lead end-to-end deal execution: research, financial modelling, due diligence, and deal closing.
• Prepare reports and presentations with key transaction highlights.
• Monitor post-transaction performance and value drivers.
• Assess ventures deal flow and assist in execution tasks.
• Track portfolio metrics and periodic updates to senior management.
• Support ad-hoc tasks such as organizing board meetings.
