Job summary

AI NOVA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance Manager on a fixed-term basis to lead accounting operations and financial planning during a growth phase. You will manage month-end close, cash flow, and reporting while guiding the finance team and interfacing with leadership.

The role requires strong expertise in SFRS compliance, budgeting, and strategic financial analysis to support expansion initiatives and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CA Singapore, CPA, ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• Proven progressive accounting/finance experience, including leading a finance team.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP or equivalent financial systems and expert MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-spectrum accounting functions, including month-end closing, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Prepare consolidated accounts for group companies and liaise with auditors.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for business growth.
• Ensure statutory compliance with SFRS, tax regulations, and internal audit requirements.
• Evaluate financial workflows, strengthen internal controls, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional heads and external partners such as auditors or banks.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure timely deliverables.
