UOB Travel Planners PL is seeking a senior finance leader to drive planning, performance analysis and strategic decision support across the travel business. You will work with stakeholders from Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology and Leadership to identify growth opportunities, manage risk, and steer initiatives.

Qualifications

12-15+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership responsibilities.
Proven FP&A, business finance, commercial finance, or finance business partnering background.
Experience in financial services, banking, travel, or tech-enabled environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management across the travel business.
Coordinate monthly reviews with the Head of Travel and key function leaders.
Develop and maintain management information reports to monitor profitability and progress against plans.
Drive cost optimization and discipline through structured expense management.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product and Technology to identify growth opportunities.
