Key Responsibilities
Management Reporting:
Prepare and analyze monthly management reports and business reviews
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data in collaboration with Accounting during the monthly close process.
Financial Planning and Budgeting:
Lead the budgeting process and rolling forecasts in partnership with department heads.
Monitor budget variances and recommend corrective actions to optimize financial outcomes.
Implement and maintain strong financial controls to support cost discipline and accountability.
Business Partnering:
Act as a strategic business partner, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations across functions.
Build business cases for initiatives including operational efficiency, capex, cost savings, and vendor selection.
Support commercial negotiations with financial analysis and scenario modelling.
Investor Relations and Fundraising Support
Build and maintain investor-ready financial models, including scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to support equity and debt fundraising.
Support the preparation of investor presentations, board materials, and fundraising pitch decks, ensuring consistency and clarity of key financial messages.
Prepare data rooms and support due diligence processes by coordinating financial information and analysis requests.
Key Criteria/Requirements
Monthly Salary: SGD 6,000-SGD 7,500
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) with advance modeling skills
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, consulting, banking, or investing
Strong communication skills
Passion for music
Experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, Power BI a plus
Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
Experience with fundraising is a plus
