Key Responsibilities

Management Reporting:

• Prepare and analyze monthly management reports and business reviews

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data in collaboration with Accounting during the monthly close process.

Financial Planning and Budgeting:

• Lead the budgeting process and rolling forecasts in partnership with department heads.

• Monitor budget variances and recommend corrective actions to optimize financial outcomes.

• Implement and maintain strong financial controls to support cost discipline and accountability.

Business Partnering:

• Act as a strategic business partner, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations across functions.

• Build business cases for initiatives including operational efficiency, capex, cost savings, and vendor selection.

• Support commercial negotiations with financial analysis and scenario modelling.

Investor Relations and Fundraising Support

• Build and maintain investor-ready financial models, including scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to support equity and debt fundraising.

• Support the preparation of investor presentations, board materials, and fundraising pitch decks, ensuring consistency and clarity of key financial messages.

• Prepare data rooms and support due diligence processes by coordinating financial information and analysis requests.

Key Criteria/Requirements

• Monthly Salary: SGD 6,000-SGD 7,500

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) with advance modeling skills

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, consulting, banking, or investing

• Strong communication skills

• Passion for music

• Experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, Power BI a plus

• Experience working in a startup environment is a plus

• Experience with fundraising is a plus
