Job summary

Lidl & Kaufland Asia in Singapore seeks a Senior Corporate Communications Specialist to align regional messaging and elevate executive leadership. You will craft high-impact narratives for C-suite, drive enterprise-wide change communications, and strengthen external visibility.

You will develop executive narratives, draft keynotes and memos, lead cross-functional communication frameworks, and position the company as a trusted partner across industry networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications.
• Proven track record drafting speeches, memos, op-eds for C-suite and regional executives.

Responsibilities

• Executive Narrative Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive internal and external communication strategies for C-suite and senior executives.
• Content & Messaging: Draft executive keynotes, all-hands addresses, strategic memos, external op-eds, and media talking points.
