Job summary

MONETARY AUTHORITY OF SINGAPORE (MAS) is seeking a senior risk professional to provide an enterprise-wide view of risks affecting MAS' mandate. You will work with MAS senior management and the Board Risk Committee to shape decisions and strengthen resilience across central banking, supervision, markets, and corporate functions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor MAS developments and external threats to identify emerging risks and vulnerabilities.
• Develop enterprise-wide risk insights by synthesising diverse information for senior leadership.
• Prepare risk reports, assessments, and briefing materials with clear recommendations.
• Lead annual operational risk self-assessments and assurance reviews across MAS.
• Strengthen enterprise risk management frameworks, policies, and governance processes.
• Analyse incidents to identify root causes and systemic themes for improved controls.
• Support resilience initiatives, crisis preparedness, and contingency planning.
• Partner with departments to embed risk awareness and accountability across MAS.
