Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Engineering & Quoting Manager to coordinate with the senior management team and manage department KPIs. The role involves training and developing staff while maintaining technical documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and experience with ERP/MRP systems. This is a permanent position located in Tai Seng, Singapore, offering a salary package that includes a basic salary, AWS, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with hands-on experience in data handling and Excel reporting.
• Prior experience using ERP/MRP systems.
• Able to interpret customer-provided technical drawings, BOMs, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Senior Management team.
• Create, track, and manage department KPIs.
• Train, develop, and support supervisors, leads, and technicians.
• Maintain and improve processes using ISO-documented procedures.
• Ensure proper use of ERP/MRP systems.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Hands-on experience in data handling

Experience using ERP/MRP systems

Ability to interpret technical drawings

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Engineering
