Job summary

DUOTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly analytical Data Scientist to join its global BI & strategy team in Singapore.

You will translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business strategies and develop ML models that turn data into predictive, automated decisions. You will detect abnormalities, perform root-cause analysis, build production-ready pipelines in SQL and Python, and deliver concise executive summaries for leaders and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• Strong SQL proficiency and data querying.
• Proficient Python for data manipulation.
• Hands-on ML with scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or data science.
• Ability to tell stories with data.

Responsibilities

• Deep-dive BI & analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Design, build, train, and deploy ML models for predictive insights and automation.
• Identify data abnormalities and perform root cause analysis for clarity.
• Develop and optimize automated data pipelines and dashboards using SQL and Python.
• Translate complex findings into concise executive summaries for leaders.
• Collaborate with data engineering and business units to align analytical solutions with needs.
