Job summary

NTUC Health Co-operative Limited seeks a Manager, Strategy & Data Analytics to lead strategic planning, performance reporting and data analytics across Community Social Services. You will shape service outcomes through dashboards and insights, guiding decision-making and future programme design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, business analytics, service development, project management or the healthcare/community care sector, including a minimum of 2 years leading projects or strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights, recommendations and business strategies.
• Experience in data analytics, dashboard development and data visualisation using platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or equivalent. Working knowledge of SQL, Python or other data analytics tools will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, performance reporting and data analytics across CSS.
• Develop dashboards and data insights to support organisational planning and evidence-based decision-making.
• Collaborate with researchers, healthcare partners and external stakeholders to translate research findings into service improvements and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with PDPA, organisational data governance standards and funder reporting requirements.
• Drive digital transformation, AI adoption and workflow redesign across CSS programmes.
